The RAND on the Run team steps UP and bands together for the race.<\/p><\/div>\n

Last Thursday on a clear, cool night our RAND on the Run<\/a> team of 25 people strong laced up our running shoes and donned our Up-Band<\/a> themed t-shirts for the 38th annual J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge<\/a> in Central Park.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to RAND \u2018s Cesar Macias, who led the RAND runners (and set a RAND on Run record!) with a blazing time of 22:46, and to Albelisa Kemp, who was first among the RAND women at 31:19. Albelisa\u2019s husband Sam clocked an impressive time of 24:42, making Sam and Albelisa the fastest RAND couple!<\/p>\n

Approximately 30,000 runners from 638 companies participated in Wednesday and Thursday night \u2018s event. It was RAND\u2019s 7th year participating in the 3.3-mile charity run, which raises funds for the Central Park Conservancy<\/a> as well as team spirit for all of those involved.<\/p>\n
