Parking garages are a reliable source of revenue for a building, as well as a useful amenity to residents who park their cars there. But parking garages are also exposed to toxic fumes, snow, ice, rain, and cold temperatures, all of which can lead to deterioration.<\/p>\n

Scheduling repair work on parking garages can be a challenge. Garage operators, wanting to minimize the effect construction can have on revenue, prefer the work be performed during off-peak hours. Residents, however, want to avoid the noise of construction during evenings and weekends.<\/p>\n
