According to <a href=\"http:\/\/r20.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?e=001OtwpwOA_sLd4DtbwMudGfIdAfgY1bRshpClc4HAW9p5ftgt79gG3qQxR7xgutwt32KLbZU3Ha78uIQhFw2tg6PsD5Cyc_soCNZFYQtTfGsbMqw_KrN8o0FUmbOsum04x26hJ_oQtGlrkGTRmD5X5QC8OEVcUAiEI_2dAyUHpTOo=\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\">Rule 103-09<\/a>, which went into effect January 1, 2014, the filing deadline for the inspection report is every five years and is based on borough:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>2014: Bronx<\/li>\n<li>2015: Manhattan<\/li>\n<li>2016: Staten Island<\/li>\n<li>2017: Queens<\/li>\n<li type=\"_moz\">2018: Brooklyn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Similar to the Facade Inspection Safety Program (formerly Local Law 11\/98), retaining wall inspection reports, mandated by<a href=\"http:\/\/r20.rs6.net\/tn.jsp?e=001OtwpwOA_sLd4DtbwMudGfIdAfgY1bRshpClc4HAW9p5ftgt79gG3qQxR7xgutwt32KLbZU3Ha78uIQhFw2tg6PsD5Cyc_soCNZFYQtTfGsbMqw_KrN8o0FUmbOsum04xUEyXyT8c80iGzkGq_BLv8hKCPV2w7oOx\" target=\"_blank\" shape=\"rect\"> Local Law 37 of 2008<\/a>, must certify if the condition of the wall is either Safe, Safe with minor repair and maintenance, Safe with repairs and\/or engineer monitoring, or Unsafe. Any deficiencies must be identified, and a plan for repairs is required if the wall is filed as Safe with repairs and\/or engineering monitoring, or Unsafe.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the DOB provides civil penalties of $1,000 per year for failure to file, plus $250 per month penalty until the property owner is in compliance.
