Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in the New York and New Jersey real estate industry. In his 16 years at Habitat<\/em><\/a> magazine, the leading publication serving the co-op and condo community in the New York tri-state area, Jeff worked closely with property managers and board members, and with engineers, architects, attorneys, vendors, and contractors to help them market their services<\/p>\n

\"We've known Jeff for a long time, and we sought him out for his experience, reputation, and industry knowledge,\" said RAND's President Stephen A. Varone, AIA. \"We're delighted to have him on board to help us expand our existing client base and extend our services to new market sectors, such as new design and development projects.\"<\/p>\n
