A total of $10.69 million in funding will be available for buildings with five or more units and four or more floors.<\/p>\n<p>The funding levels are based on the percentage of energy savings realized through fuel-heating projects identified in an energy audit conducted by the building's MPP Partner.<\/p>\n<p>The following are the most recent (Version 6.2) MPP incentive levels:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/randpc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Funding.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3878\" src=\"https:\/\/randpc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Funding-485x604.jpg\" alt=\"Base Funding\" width=\"300\" height=\"374\" srcset=\"https:\/\/m.randpc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Funding-485x604.jpg 485w, https:\/\/m.randpc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Funding-120x150.jpg 120w, https:\/\/m.randpc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Funding-241x300.jpg 241w, https:\/\/m.randpc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Funding-768x957.jpg 768w, https:\/\/m.randpc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/Base-Funding.jpg 959w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThe funding for new construction is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Affordable Housing: $900 per unit<\/li>\n<li>Market Rate Housing: $500 per unit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.
