Getting the most out of a Major Capital Improvements Program requires proper planning and financing.<\/p>\n<p>The first step is to engage a professional engineer to prepare a Capital Needs Assessment Report, which evaluates the condition of major building systems and prioritizes repair\/replacement items with budget and time estimates.
