Shown (clockwise, top left): lobby and reception area, conference room, mailroom, and kitchen.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>When property management firm\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.midboro.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Midboro Management<\/a> moved their offices to <a href=\"https:\/\/randpc.com\/projects\/midboro-management\" target=\"_blank\">333 Seventh Avenue<\/a> in Chelsea, they turned to RAND to design the build-out and administer the construction for the project.
