The New York City Department of Buildings is no longer accepting hard copies of Facade Inspection Safety Program<\/a> (Local Law 11\/98) reports. All FISP reports must be submitted electronically through the DOB NOW<\/a> online portal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

To access DOB NOW, property owners and managers must register with the DOB's eFiling<\/a> system. FISP Reports cannot be filed if the building owner has not registered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Please note that the deadline for filing FISP Sub-cycle 8A reports is February 21, 2017<\/strong>, so it is urgent that owners and managers register as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
