In April, a sudden gust of wind blew a heavy hammock off a rooftop terrace and injured a pedestrian below. RAND's Senior Structural Engineer, Michael Larkin, PE recently spoke with Inside Edition about securing your rooftop and balcony furnishings before a storm hits.<\/p>\n
